This insulated headgear features a stitched-on lining and snap-on straps for attaching to a helmet. It consists of a base, front and back panels, earmuffs, and a lapel. The base consists of two parts. The earmuffs have a rounded bottom with ties and the lower parts of the snaps for attaching the straps. The lapel has the upper parts of the snaps for attaching to the front panel. The front panel has the lower parts of the snaps for attaching the lapel and straps. The strap is made of webbing with a textile fastener and the upper parts of the snaps for attaching to the hat. A drawstring with an elastic cord and a fastener runs along the bottom of the back panel. The drawstring cord is looped through the eyelets.
